At KairoGear, we are committed to getting your order of audio players, keyboards, watches, and recording devices to you securely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how we process and deliver your orders.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

We currently offer one reliable shipping option to serve our global customers:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered by our international logistics partners.

We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Please note that we do not offer free shipping at this time.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping are as follows:

  • United States & Canada: 7-14 business days
  • European Union: 8-16 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10-18 business days
  • Other International Regions: 12-25 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and begin after the order processing period. Delivery may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures, local holidays, or unforeseen logistical events.

Shipping Costs & Taxes

The shipping cost for your order will be displayed clearly during checkout before payment. All prices on our website are exclusive of shipping fees and any applicable import taxes, duties, or customs fees. The recipient is responsible for paying any such charges levied by the destination country. We cannot predict or control these charges, and they are not included in our item or shipping prices.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at [email protected].

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order placement. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you via email to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping fees will apply for re-delivery.

Missing or Damaged Shipments

If your tracking information indicates your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your local post office or neighbors.
