At KairoGear, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the process and conditions for returns and refunds for items purchased on our website, including Audio Players, Keyboards & Accessories, Watches, and Recording Devices.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in its original, unused, and unaltered condition, with all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories included.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days from the date you received the item.
- The item must not be damaged due to customer misuse, accident, or improper handling.
- For hygiene reasons, certain personal accessories may have specific restrictions. Please contact us for clarification before returning.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following:
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any software, downloadable content, or digital products where the seal has been broken or the license has been activated.
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at the time of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Our Support Team: To start a return, please email us at [email protected] within the 30-day window. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Receive Instructions: Our support team will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.
- Ship the Item: Securely pack the item with all original components and the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Only the cost of the item(s) will be refunded. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- In the case of a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping and refund any original shipping charges.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please follow the return process to receive a refund and then place a new order for the desired item on our website.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos/videos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
